Help towards a better You!

Each person is matched with a mentor to help guide and inform them throughout the process. You will have access and interactions with other mentors/mentees as well. The process is meant to create and sustain a sense of community.
EDUCATION
Prep for the Future!
Through partnerships with local community colleges, universities, and trade schools, each participant will have an array of occupations to apply for. Personal assessments will be completed to ensure a person is prepared for success.
JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
Kickstart the Future!

The skills our mentees will train for are in high demand. Our partners, programs, and schools have companies waiting to hire. Bridge mentees will be paired with job counselors to assist with placing them into a successful career path.
