The Bridge Mentor Initiative helps young men realize their potential and become gainfully employed visionaries thus preparing for a successful, secure, and productive future. BMI aims to break the stereotypes, and misguided traits of manhood and introduce strong role models who provide positive examples of manhood.
Our Mission

Bridge provides young men, ages 17 and older, with a consistent structured environment that help cultivate the next generation of educated responsible young men by providing educational opportunities, job training, apprenticeships, transformative skills, and wrap around services that will produce successful citizens, fathers, and men. By collaborating with community resources and educational systems, Bridge Mentor Initiative strives to be an agent of change by building authentic relationships that foster excellence in every area of their lives.

Pastors Wanda and Eric Hines are Leaders with a heart for people, families and the community. Their desire within this organization is to financially and emotionally enhance the family unit and bring the community together through E3 - Education, Employment, & Enrichment

Program Leader
Pastor Ken Hughes is a leader that champions the edification of the leadership role that men play within their household. He is excited to help direct men as they seek out their purpose.
